Chicken Chasseur

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • Butter
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp Tarragon
  • 150g Mushrooms
  • 1 Leek
  • 175ml White Wine
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 300ml Chicken Stock

Method

  1. Fry the Chicken, Garlic, Leek and Onion until brown.
  2. Add the Mushrooms and fry until juices come out
  3. Add the Wine and burn off.
  4. Add the Stock tarragon and Tomato Puree.
  5. Serve with Mash Potato
