Mexican Style Chicken in Tiquila

Ingredients

• 1 clove garlic
• 3 Limes
• 1 330ml Bottle Beer
• 4 Chicken Breasts
• Guacamole
• 100ml Tequila
• Spicy Salsa
• 1 red Chilli
• Plain Flour

Method

1. Mix the Tequila, lime, Chilli, Garlic and Beer together.
2. Score the Chicken and Marinade for 2 hours.
3. Coat the chicken in Flour then shallow fry in hot oil.
4. Serve with Guacamole and Salsa.
