Penne with Tomatoes Chorizo and Cream
Ingredients
- 450g Penne Pasta
- 25g Butter
- Fresh Parsley
- 700g Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 175g Chorizo
- Dried Chillies
- 125ml Cream
- Fresh Parmesan
Method
- Fry the Tomatoes and Rosemary in a pan
- Cook until soft, add the Chorizo and Chillies
- Add the cream and Parsley, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Cook the pasta and add to the sauce.
- Serve with Parmesan and fresh Parsley.
