Penne with Tomatoes Chorizo and Cream

Ingredients

  • 450g Penne Pasta
  • 25g Butter
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 700g Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 175g Chorizo
  • Dried Chillies
  • 125ml Cream
  • Fresh Parmesan

Method

  1. Fry the Tomatoes and Rosemary in a pan
  2. Cook until soft, add the Chorizo and Chillies
  3. Add the cream and Parsley, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Cook the pasta and add to the sauce.
  5. Serve with Parmesan and fresh Parsley.
