Stir Fry Chicken and Pinapple


  • 500g Chicken
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Spring Onion
  • 2 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1 small Onion Chopped
  • 200g can Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour


  1. Mix Cornflour and Soy Sauce to form a paste
  2. Cover Chicken in the mix and fry in the oil
  3. Add Garlic, Onion, Ginger to the pan and fry until brown
  4. Add the Pineapple with Juice and Chilli flakes
  5. Simmer until cooked, serve with Rice and chopped Spring Onion
