Vegetarian Chilli Tacos
Ingredients
- 100ml Red Wine
- Soured Cream
- 150g Berlotti Beans
- Taco Shells
- 3 sticks Celery
- Cheddar Cheese
- 1 clove Garlic
- 150g Red Kidney Beans
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 200g Mushrooms
- 2 Red Chilli
- Jalapinos
- 150ml Vegetable Stock
- 150g Butter Beans
Method
- Fry the Onion garlic and Celery until soft
- Add the Mushrooms and Chilli and cook
- Add the Tomato Puree, Wine and Stock
- Simmer for 15 minutes, add the beans
- Cook until the sauce has reduced.
- Serve with Cheese Tacos and Jalapinos.
