Ingredients

  • 2 thick slices bread
  • 125g grated cheese
  • 125g sliced mushrooms
  • tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Suate the mushrooms in a pan until soft and cooked.
  2. Under a grill toast the bread on one side
  3. Layer the mushrooms on the untoasted side of the bread.
  4. Cover with grated cheese and grill until the cheese is metled.
  5. Serve with tomato ketchup.
