Chicken and Spinach with Lime Pickle

Ingredients

• 1 tsp honey
• 1 Onion chopped
• Spinach
• 1 tbsp Lime Pickle
• 2 Chicken Breast
• Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
• Chilli Flakes

Method

1. Fry the Chicken and Onion until Brown.
2. Add the honey, Lime Pickle, Chill and Tomatoes
3. Add the Spinach and cook until wilted.
4. Serve with Rice.
