Grilled cheese sandwich
- 2 slices of strong cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of thick white bread
- 25g butter
- Butter the bread on one side
- In frying pan over a low heat fry the bread butter side down.
- Place the cheese on the bread followed by the other slice of bread butter side up.
- Cook slowly until the cheese begins to melt then flip the sandwich to cook the other side of the bread.
