Grilled cheese sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of strong cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of thick white bread
  • 25g butter

Method

  1. Butter the bread on one side
  2. In frying pan over a low heat fry the bread butter side down.
  3. Place the cheese on the bread followed by the other slice of bread butter side up.
  4. Cook slowly until the cheese begins to melt then flip the sandwich to cook the other side of the bread.
