Roasted Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 medium Roasting Chicken
• Oil
• 40 Cloves of Garlic

Method

1. Preheat oven to 175C
2. Separate Garlic heads and remove husk, but do not peel
3. Coat generously with oil
4. Season well, herbs optional
5. Oven until brown
