Slow Cooker Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 4 Good Sausages
  • 1 Carrot
  • 400g Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Celery Stick
  • 150 ml Red Wine
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 400g Mixed Beans

Method

  1. Fry the Sausage until browned.
  2. Add the Onion, Garlic, Celery and Carrot fry until soft.
  3. De-glaze the pan with the Red Wine.
  4. Add the Spices and Chopped Tomatoes.
  5. Transfer to the Slow Cooker and cook for 3 hours.
